SETUP

 

Complete Unit:

• • Your Trim Bucket comes fully assembled and ready to use


• • Clip and remove the two ties securing the blades together.


• • This is a Dry Trimmer and does not work well on wet or partially dry material


• • Dry material until small stems snap when bent. Leaves should be fully dry at this point


• • Buck material off of branches so that it is the size or close to the size desired for final product

 

Lite Unit:

 

• • Some buckets fit more snugly than others. If the trim machine moves around too much, try a different brand of bucket


• • Use a ¼” drill bit to drill a hole in the flange around upper rim of bucket. Clip blade scraper to this hole. See image below:


• • Press bucket grip onto bottom of bucket. Fits most 5g buckets, some buckets are smaller and it will be loose


• • Leaktite brand buckets work well and are available at Ace or Home Depot
